Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Mathew Hayes (ranked 2793 p4p, 4172 weight class) and Nenad Jovanovic (ranked 77 p4p, 97 weight class). Nenad Jovanovic told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jovanovic blocks a jab.
Hayes has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Certiﬁed Cave Gang in the buildup to the fight.
Jovanovic blocks a head kick by Hayes.
Hayes swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A little jabbing left from Jovanovic on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Jovanovic avoids the head kick by Hayes.
Nenad Jovanovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hayes moves forwards but Jovanovic connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Jovanovic looks to land a right hand but Hayes moved out of range.
Jovanovic throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jovanovic connects with the punch.
Jovanovic tries to clinch up.
Jovanovic throws a right hand that misses
and Hayes counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hayes throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jovanovic lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jovanovic scores with a nice strike.

Hayes is rocked!
Jovanovic cracks Hayes with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Hayes is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Hayes is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Hayes could not beat the count!
