The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCarty lands a right hook to the body.
Lach scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Lach tries to land a front kick but McCarty steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
McCarty is looking to counter punch.

Lach takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
McCarty stuns Lach with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
McCarty throws a body punch but Lach moves out of range.
McCarty looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
McCarty swings widly with a right hand
and Lach counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

McCarty lands with a straight right. Lach didn't see that one coming.

Lach gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Lach counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Lach has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
McCarty loads up on a big right hand but Lach slips the punch.

McCarty sends Lach crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McCarty is motioning to the referee to let Lach up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Lach throws a head kick but McCarty moves out of range.
McCarty connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Lach out cold! This one is over in a flash!
