Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Lentz throws a wild body kick that Jackson sees coming a mile off.
Jackson has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Jackson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Black Lives Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lentz avoids the head kick by Jackson.
Lentz throws a big counter combination but Jackson scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Jackson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lentz's guard.

Jackson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lentz is just riding it out for now. Jackson eventually gives up the hold.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson passes Lentz's left leg - he's now in half guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Lentz is trying to control but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jackson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Lentz knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Jackson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Jackson prevents Lentz from standing back up.

Jackson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Lentz is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Black Swans, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Jackson wants to work for an arm triangle but Lentz is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Jackson misses with a head kick.
Jackson shoots in for a double leg but Lentz sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Jackson lands with a kick to the temple. Lentz shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Lentz comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Lentz digs a good hook to Jackson's body.
Lentz throws a big shot that misses.
Leon Lentz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Jackson lands with a kick to the temple. Lentz shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Jackson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

and Jackson makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Lentz really felt that one!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lentz lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jackson has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jackson and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

and Lentz counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Jackson down! Lentz is looking to finish but Jackson is intelligently defending himself.

Jackson is rocked!

Lentz stands up and waves to Jackson to follow him.
Jackson is still on wobbly legs! Can Lentz finish him?
Jackson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lentz connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jackson momentarily.
Jackson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lentz counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Jackson out cold! What a finish! Lentz is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
