Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Igor Lomachenko (ranked 22886 p4p, 5864 weight class) and Chel Diokno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diokno comes into a darkened arena with his song building. This is my story kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Chel Diokno is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Igor Lomachenko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Chel Diokno!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lomachenko scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Diokno doesn't seem bothered though.
Lomachenko blocks a head kick by Diokno.
Diokno throws a sloppy head kick
and Lomachenko counters with a good low kick that Diokno was not able to check.
Lomachenko lands a head shot.
Lomachenko really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Diokno throws a head kick but Lomachenko moves out of range.
We've been informed that Diokno has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Diokno closes the distance but Lomachenko moves to the side
and Lomachenko counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Lomachenko fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Diokno looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Lomachenko throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Diokno tries a head kick but it misses.
Lomachenko darts in and clinches Diokno up against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Diokno is trying to push Lomachenko away but Lomachenko has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Lomachenko digs a right hand underneath Diokno's ribcage. Diokno let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Lomachenko presses Diokno against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Lomachenko working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Lomachenko lands with a left to the head.
Lomachenko lands with a short head shot on the inside.
A frustrated look appears on Diokno's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Lomachenko lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Diokno or not.
Lomachenko scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Lomachenko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Diokno takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Diokno throws a right hand that Lomachenko ducks under and follows up with a left that Lomachenko also avoids with ease.

Lomachenko definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Diokno tries to clinch there but Lomachenko circles away.
Lomachenko throws a counter high kick but Diokno was just alert enough to avoid it.
Diokno takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Lomachenko moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Lomachenko lands a jab to Diokno's midsection.
Lomachenko scoring well with a low kick there.
Lomachenko clinches up with Diokno and pushes him back against the cage.
Lomachenko cracks Diokno with a nice body shot.
Lomachenko manages to break the clinch.
Diokno tries to close the distance and clinch but Lomachenko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lomachenko looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
A nice leg kick lands there from Lomachenko.

Lomachenko fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Lomachenko punishes Diokno's body with a nice straight punch.
Lomachenko feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Dioknos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Lomachenko gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Diokno is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Lomachenko is defending well for now.
Lomachenko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Diokno takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Diokno on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Lomachenko scores with a jab. Diokno acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
A left lands for Lomachenko.
Diokno is rocked!
Lomachenko lands a brutal head kick. Diokno looks out on his feet and Lomachenko throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
