The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Usman lands a jab to Magomedsharipov's midsection.
Magomedsharipov fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Usman avoids it really well and circles away.
Usman has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
A left lands for Usman.
It looks like Abubakar Magomedsharipov has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Magomedsharipov's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Usman connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Magomedsharipov scrambles back to his feet.
Magomedsharipov doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Usman tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Magomedsharipov was well out of range. Poor timing from Usman.

Usman lands a left and a right that send Magomedsharipov crashing to the mat, dazed. Usman thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Usman cracks Magomedsharipov with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
