PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pega Pega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adicos Mishima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Pega might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EChRejRLqFU. Mishima has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Mishima does no damage.

Pega shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Pega tries to stand but can't do so whilst Mishima controls his leg.
Pega wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mishima keeps working.
Pega is really struggling to control Mishima but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Pega works his foot free and advances to mount.
Mishima tries to reverse the position but Pega maintains control.
Mishima is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Pega looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Pega fails to take his opponent's back.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Pega misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Pega prevents Mishima from getting the reversal.
Mishima looks gassed!

Pega quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Pega but it's paid off an Mishima is forced to tap! Nice work by Pega.
