Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Leon Lentz (ranked 1724 p4p, 1976 weight class) and Manco Capac (ranked 233 p4p, 262 weight class). Capac is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Iggy Pop - The Passenger. Manco Capac has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Leon Lentz's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Capac throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lentz.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lentz enables Capac to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lentz manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Lentz wriggles free and stands up.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Capac crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lentz - the referee stops the clock and Capac gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lentz. Capac manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Capac closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Capac is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Lentz has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Lentz!
Leon Lentz overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Capac had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lentz defends it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lentz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Capac swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Manco Capac seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
