The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas on the wrong end of a nice hook.
The crowd cheers as Hunt lands an impressive looking overhand right. Thomas doesn't seem phased though.
Thomas swings for the body but Hunt moves out of range.
Hunt looks to land a left hand but Thomas moved out of range nicely.
Hunt throws a looping overhand right but Thomas ducks down to avoid it.
Hunt gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Hunt lands with a short shot to the head.

Hunt lands a hook that snaps the head of Thomas backwards.
A frustrated look appears on Thomas's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Hunt lands with a light punch inside.
Thomas is trying to push Hunt away but Hunt has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Hunt lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Thomas tries to score a body lock takedown but Hunt shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Hunt scores with an uppercut up the middle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Thomas wants to break the clinch but can't.
Hunt lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Thomas backwards.
Thomas has had enough of the clinch but Hunt keeps him there for the moment.

Thomas has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hunt is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Thomas wants to take the fight to the mat but Hunt manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Pate Hunt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ieuan Thomas.

Hunt gets through Thomas's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Thomas has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Hunt seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Thomas can turn it around.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thomas is trying to drag Hunt to the mat but Hunt just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Hunt creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Thomas's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Thomas drops to his knees and Hunt pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
