Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, John Kavanagh and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter slips a jab and a cross from Apolosa.
Apolosa moves out of range as Carter strikes.
A punch combination from Apolosa misses.
Apolosa uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Carter.
Carter fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Carter ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Apolosa moves away.

A punch lands to the side of Carter 's head but he takes it in his stride.

and Carter takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Apolosa uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Carter.
Carter cracks a nice hook into Apolosa's ribs.
Carter definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Apolosa lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Carter cracks Apolosa with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Apolosa ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Carter moves away.
Carter is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Apolosa.
Carter tries a low kick but Apolosa avoids it.

Carter throws a hook to the side of Apolosa's head but Apolosa sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Apolosa throws an overhand right that lands on Carter's shoulder, as Carter tries to avoid the shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Carter. Apolosa does a little dance to reset his feet.
Apolosa works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Carter ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Apolosa moves away.
Apolosa rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Carter moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Carter misses with a hook. Apolosa ducked under it nicely.
Carter swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Apolosa doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.

A little feinted left hand from Carter on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Apolosa lands with a nice combination. Carter backs away looking to recover.
Apolosa avoids the body shot from Carter.
Apolosa throws a combination that misses

and Carter counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Carter.
Carter lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Apolosa backwards.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Carter.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Carter breaks the clinch.

Apolosa thuds a left hand into Carter's body.
Carter feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Apolosas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Carter lands a glancing blow to the side of Apolosa's head.

Apolosa is rocked!
Carter scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Apolosa doesn't seem bothered though.

Carter drops Apolosa with a huge uppercut! Apolosa drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Carter is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
