PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Poli Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Max Pain was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pain tries a head kick but it misses.
Pain shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gracie but Gracie pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Pain connects with the punch.
Pain shoots in looking for a takedown. Gracie tries to sprawl out of it but Pain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gracie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gracie shoots and misses
and Pain counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Gracie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Pain fails with the takedown

and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into side control. Pain won't be happy with that.
Poli Gracie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Pain.
Pain looks gassed!

Gracie is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Pain is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
