Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ali Berzina (ranked 3529 p4p, 2950 weight class) and Falcon Pawnch (ranked 430 p4p, 377 weight class). Falcon Pawnch will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Falcon Pawnch!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berzina fails with an attempt to clinch.
Berzina closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Berzina throws a body shot but no joy.
It seemed like Pawnch was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Berzina looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Pawnch misses with a double jab.
Berzina throwing a counter right hand but Pawnch manages to avoid it.
Berzina scores with a one two! Pawnch had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Berzina feints a jab promting Pawnch to slip. Berzina then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Pawnch slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Pawnch fails to land with a series of punches.
Berzina throws a one two combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Berzina fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pawnch manages to avoid it.
Pawnch misses with a straight right.
Berzina shoots in looking for a takedown. Pawnch tries to sprawl out of it but Berzina keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pawnch manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Berzina pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Pawnch back to the cage. Berzina follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Berzina walks into a straight right hand from Pawnch.
Berzina wants to slow Pawnch down by chopping away at his legs.
Berzina looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Berzina scores with a hook.

Pawnch is rocked!
Berzina drops Pawnch with a naaaaasty hook - Pawnch is in real trouble here! Berzina dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

During a confident post fight interview, Ali Berzina thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
