The judges for this bout are John Roberts, David Schapiro and Eddie Farnsworth.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Lap Kok feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Kong had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lap Kok defends it easily.

Kong working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lap Kok doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lap Kok manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Lap Kok is staying active underneath Kong, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Kong maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Lap Kok could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Kong has cracked it and Lap Kok is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Kong!
