Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Siale Veainu!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veainu misses with a wild body shot.
Leonov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Leonov lands with a hook. Veainu tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Leonov throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Leonov throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Veainu makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Veainu swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Leonov feints and then cracks Veainu's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Veainu down.
Veainu's jab looks to have found its range, popping Leonov under the eye.
Leonov is rocked!
Leonov scores with a jab. Veainu acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Oh Leonov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Veainu drops Leonov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Leonov looks back up at him and smiles so Veainu waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Leonov moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Nikolay Leonov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Veainu takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Leonov rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Veainu scores with a counter punch that sends Leonov to the canvas! Veainu smells blood - he's punishing Leonov with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Leonov has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
