The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wesker swivels and escapes.
Nice sprawl there from Wesker as Garcia shoots in.
Wesker throws a head kick but Garcia moves out of range.

Wesker looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Garcia!

Wesker looking to secure an arm triangle but Garcia defends it well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Garcia is bucking up trying to escape but Wesker cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Garcia bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Wesker pulls Garcia in close to prevent any damage.

Garcia drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Wesker manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Garcia has Wesker in his guard.

Wesker slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Garcia is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Wesker has his hands clasped together but Garcia extends an breaks Wesker's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Garcia.
