And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pat Kelly!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Hirohito Nitta and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jahouli misses with a looping right.
Jahouli misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kelly now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
A jab from Jahouli misses.
Kelly looks to score with a jab to the body but Jahouli is just out of range.
Kelly uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jahouli.

Kelly has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Jahouli takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Kelly shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jahouli eats them both and turns towards Kelly to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Kelly uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jahouli.

I was talking to Jahouli's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kelly has picked Jahouli up - he's going for a ride! Kelly dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Kelly is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Jahouli pulls Kelly in close to prevent any damage.

Kelly looking to sit in guard and control but Jahouli gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Kelly is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Kelly tries to hold on but Jahouli postures up.

That was a close round but I would say that Maxim Jahouli will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kelly throws a body punch but Jahouli moves out of range.
Kelly throws a sloppy head kick and Jahouli moves out of range easily.

and Kelly counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Pat Kelly seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Kelly throws a body punch but Jahouli moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jahouli looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Kelly lands a jab to Jahouli's midsection.
Kelly misses with a series of wild punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jahouli just misses with a punch to the body.
Jahouli lands a big head kick that sends Kelly tumbling to the mat! Jahouli takes a step backwards and waves Kelly back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Pat Kelly has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pat Kelly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jahouli lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Kelly falls backwards - clearly groggy! Jahouli dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

A relieved looking Maxim Jahouli thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
