Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ze Jiurgite (ranked 784 p4p, 484 weight class) and Ovidio Kiran (ranked 103 p4p, 64 weight class). Kiran has chosen Katmandu as his entrance music. Ovidio Kiran has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ze Jiurgite!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ovidio Kiran!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Tarja Halkonen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Kiran misses.
Kiran connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Kiran moves into range and clinches up with Jiurgite.
Jiurgite has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kiran avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Kiran fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Jiurgite jumps guard but Kiran stands there with Jiurgite around his waist. Jiurgite gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jiurgite gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Kiran regains guard.
Kiran has his feet on Jiurgite's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jiurgite keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kiran.
Kiran moves into the clinch.
Jiurgite tries to pull guard but Kiran holds him up against the cage and eventually Jiurgite drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ze Jiurgite. That's going to take a lot out of him.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kiran creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Jiurgite tries to pull guard but Kiran won't allow it.
Jiurgite tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kiran just stands there and leans against the cage.
Kiran lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Kiran just misses with a elbow thrown towards Jiurgite's brow.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jiurgite pulls guard.
Kiran stands and steps away. Jiurgite gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Kiran defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jiurgite.

Jiurgite with a poor takedown
and Kiran counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ovidio Kiran!
Ovidio Kiran very nearly forgot to thank Brooklyn Apothecary amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
