Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alicia Salvacion (ranked 6335 p4p, 24311 weight class) and Lovely Tierra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Salvacion looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Tierra shoots in and bounces Salvacion off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Tierra wants to stand but Salvacion is controlling his posture from full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tierra is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Tierra replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Salvacion blocks it well.
Tierra shoots for a double leg takedown but Salvacion sprawls well. He's pushed Tierra's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Tierra wants to stand up but Salvacion is controlling him.

Salvacion is fighting to break Tierra's control of his arms but Tierra is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tierra wants to get back to his feet but Salvacion is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Tierra takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Tierra replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Salvacion blocks it well.
Salvacion goes for a double leg but Tierra avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tierra continues to drive forward.
As Salvacion backs off Tierra throws a huge counter combo but Salvacion manages to avoid it all.

Tierra escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Tierra dives in and scores a takedown into Salvacion's guard.

Salvacion changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tierra looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Tierra is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Salvacion's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Tierra avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Tierra closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tierra lands in his opponent's guard.

Salvacion scrambles and gets back to his feet.

and Tierra counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Tierra wants to stand and escape but instead Salvacion has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Salvacion slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Tierra has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Tierra seems keen to control Salvacion's posture.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Alicia Salvacion.
Well Tierra has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
