Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, SD Plissken!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Drew Paul!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Dmitry Maklakov and Viktor Lagutenko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul closes the distance and clinches up with Plissken, looking for a takedown. Paul pushes Plissken against the cage but Plissken circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Paul shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Plissken pinned against the cage. Plissken gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Plissken uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Paul has time to react.

Paul fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Plissken sprawls well initially but Paul persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Plissken has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Paul can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
