Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frankie Griggs (ranked 1826 p4p, 1316 weight class) and Ivan Jomoney (ranked 262 p4p, 192 weight class). Griggs comes to the cage accompanied by LL Cool J- Momma Said Knock You Out. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jomoney misses the shot to the body.
Griggs just misses with a punch to the body.
Jomoney tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Griggs was well out of range. Poor timing from Jomoney.
Griggs thows a left - swing and a miss!
Griggs throws a right and a left that both miss.
Jomoney dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Jomoney feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
