Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matt Askren (ranked 1586 p4p, 922 weight class) and Ivan Andrianov (ranked 223 p4p, 139 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 2, fighting out of Hilo, Matt Askren!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Andrianov!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrianov takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Matt Askren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've been hearing reports that Askren has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Matt Askren.
I think Andrianov has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
