Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Wang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dirrty Bird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan Wang looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wang closes the distance and pushes Bird back into the cage.

Wang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Wang tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bird paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bird misses with a few strikes there.
Wang looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bird finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Bird throws a series of punches but Wang avoids them all with ease.

Wang gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Bird is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Wang asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Wang tightens his grip and picks Bird up, before dumping him to the ground. Bird manages to land in guard.

Bird is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
