Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hratch Tzien (ranked 391 p4p, 301 weight class) and Action Bastard (ranked 43 p4p, 38 weight class). Tzien comes to the cage accompanied by R*ck It. Bastard has chosen Japanese And Lovely - Jucifer as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 10 - 1, fighting out of London, Hratch Tzien!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 13 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Action Bastard!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bastard misses with a straight left.
Bastard looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Tzien is looking to improve his position.
Bastard missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tzien is trying to control but can't.
Bastard controlling the pace.
Tzien makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Tzien.
Bastard is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tzien not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Tzien looking for a guillotine here but Bastard defends easily.

Tzien escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bastard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bastard loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Bastard looking to sit in guard and control but Tzien gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Tzien won't allow Bastard to sweep him here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Tzien stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bastard swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A close round but Action Bastard will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

and Bastard takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Tzien defending well as Bastard loads up on a big left hand.
Tzien uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bastard.
Tzien pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bastard lands with a shot to the body.
Tzien is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bastard fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Tzien sprawls well initially but Bastard persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Tzien manages to get to full guard.
Bastard postures up.
Bastard preventing the sweep.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bastard looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tzien with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Bastard is keen to just control but Tzien is a slippery customer.
Action Bastard has got the better of the ground game so far.
Bastard is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Action Bastard showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Action Bastard is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Tzien can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bastard controls the pace.
Bastard won't allow Tzien to sweep him here.

Tzien moves forwards but Bastard connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Bastard thuds his right hand into Tzien's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Bastard swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A decent looking cross lands there for Bastard.
Bastard takes a swing at Tzien's ribcage but misses.
Tzien thinks about countering with a head kick.
Tzien throws a body punch but Bastard moves out of range.
Tzien looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
A nice side step and Bastard releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Tzien throws a jab when Bastard was well out of range.
Bastard digs a good body shot into Tzien's ribs.
Bastard scores with a crisp jab that stopped Tzien in his tracks.
Tzien keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The crowd cheers as Bastard lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tzien doesn't seem phased though.

Bastard uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Tzien has time to react.
Tzien clobbers Bastard with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Action Bastard has been cut.
Bastard moves out of range of the body kick.
Tzien throws a leg kick but Bastard sees it coming and checks it nicely.
A lazy left from Bastard finds it's target.
Bastard looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Tzien!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tzien tries to buck Bastard off but Bastard is having none of it.
You can see the frustration on Tzien's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Bastard is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Tzien is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Bastard tries to move to mount but Tzien blocks the move with his legs.
Tzien is not content to let Bastard control the position.
Tzien is looking for a sweep.
And that's the end of the fight!
Action Bastard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Bastard has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
