Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raul Kyshenko (ranked 5422 p4p, 4219 weight class) and Jinski Grang (ranked 560 p4p, 500 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Grang's choice of entrance music: JID - 151 Rum. Raul Kyshenko had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 207.5lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyshenko uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Grang.
Kyshenko uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Grang.
Grang jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Kyshenko closes this distance looking for a takedown but Grang circles away.

As Grang looks to move away, Kyshenko throws a big counter combo but Grang just gets out of the way.
Grang cracks Kyshenko with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like Raul Kyshenko has been cut.
Horrible takedown attempt by Kyshenko or perhaps it was just good defense by Grang, which made it look bad.

Grang throws a series of strikes that have Kyshenko backpedaling.
Kyshenko is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Grang lands with an uppercut that bounces Kyshenko off the cage and back into range.

Grang lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Grang stuns Kyshenko with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Nice straight punches there by Grang. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Grang.
Grang cracks Kyshenko with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kyshenko dives in for a single leg takedown but Grang sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Grang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kyshenko shoots in for a takedown but Grang shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
It seemed like Grang was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Grang lands a jab to Kyshenko's midsection.
Grang lands the left hand.
Grang lands a really nice looking cross but Kyshenko seems unphased.
Kyshenko takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Grang throws a body shot but no joy.
Grang misses with a looping right.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kyshenko.
Grang scores with a punch to the head.

Grang clobbers Kyshenko with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Grang throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kyshenko stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Kyshenko steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Grang.
Grang stalks Kyshenko and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kyshenko's face. Kyshenko staggers backwards, shaken.

Kyshenko is rocked!
Grang digs a good body shot into Kyshenko's ribs.
Kyshenko tries to move into range but Grang moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Oh Kyshenko is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Grang cracks Kyshenko with an uppercut from hell and Kyshenko crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Grang's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Grang arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Kyshenko's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jinski Grang!
