Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ippo Nobunaga (ranked 4764 p4p, 5550 weight class) and Bad Wrestler (ranked 49 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ippo Nobunaga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bad Wrestler! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wrestler stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wrestler wants it to stay on the feet. Nobunaga moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromWrestler. Wrestler changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Nobunaga looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Wrestler lands a few punches from side control. Wrestler misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Wrestler laying and praying for a moment but Nobunaga takes advantage and regains half guard. Nobunaga has hold of Wrestler's hands but Wrestler slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wrestler is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Wrestler thows a huge punch but Nobunaga dodges it nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wrestler tries to pass to full mount but Nobunaga defends it. Wrestler looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Wrestler is stalling here. Nobunaga is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Wrestler seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Nobunaga has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. You can see the frustration on Wrestler's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Wrestler tries to get back to half guard but can't. Nobunaga wants to control but Wrestler is keeping him busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nobunaga is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wrestler is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Wrestler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nobunaga. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wrestler lands with an elbow strike from the bottom. Nobunaga in side control, just content to control the action for now. Wrestler is trying to control Nobunaga's posture but Nobunaga avoids it. Nobunaga tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Wrestler tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Nobunaga wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wrestler prevents Nobunaga from improving position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wrestler tries to bench press Nobunaga off him but Nobunaga keeps the position. Nobunaga working away. Wrestler manages to get back to half guard. Wrestler moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Wrestler trying to keep a closed guard but Nobunaga is proving a slippery customer.

Nobunaga thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Wrestler is being controlled here. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wrestler stops Nobunaga from passing to mount. Ippo Nobunaga dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Nobunaga shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Nobunaga is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Wrestler can do to turn this around? Wrestler won't allow Nobunaga to pass to mount. Wrestler has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Nobunaga is working away from the top position though. That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Nobunaga wants to take his opponent's back but Wrestler doesn't allow it. Nobunaga jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Wrestler manages to avoid the submission attempt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wrestler tries to buck Nobunaga off but Nobunaga is having none of it. Nobunaga is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Wrestler looks calm but he's in trouble here. Nobunaga gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Wrestler is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Nobunaga lets go of the hold and Wrestler can pop his arm back in it's socket.
