The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doyle tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Eugene paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Doyle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Doyle scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Doyle moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Eugene shoots in and drives through. Doyle sprawls well.
Doyle wants to counter with a clinch but Eugene pushes him away.
Doyle avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Eugene shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Doyle doesn't manage to clinch there - Eugene circles away.
Eugene is trying hard to land a takedown here. Doyle sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
