These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jesus darts in trying to clinch
and Nolan counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Jesus thinking.
Nolan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jesus manages to avoid it.
Jesus moves to clinch but Nolan breaks away
and Jesus takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Jesus swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jesus tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Nolan counters with a straight right hand.
Jesus uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Nolan.

and Nolan counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Nolan counters with a huge left! Jesus is in big trouble! He's backing up but Nolan isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Jesus from any more damage. A dominating finish by Nolan!
