Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Neuzvarams Semyorka (ranked 3473 p4p, 2911 weight class) and Lucas Kuas (ranked 500 p4p, 433 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, David Hoff and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kuas rushes Semyorka and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Semyorka manages to break the clinch.
Semyorka has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Tez’s Stand N Bang ! in the buildup to the fight.
Kuas fails to land the takedown.
It looked like Semyorka wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Semyorka misses with a series of wild punches.
Kuas walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Kuas shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Semyorka pinned against the cage. Semyorka gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Semyorka is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Kuas has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Kuas!

Kuas got a little sloppy there for a moment and Semyorka has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kuas has managed to get both his arms back between Semyorka's legs - danger averted.

Kuas can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Semyorka controls the pace.

Kuas escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Semyorka gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Semyorka seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

Semyorka slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Semyorka is looking to work some ground and pound but Kuas has wrist control.
Kuas is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Kuas on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Semyorka cracks Kuas on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Kuas falls backwards against the cage. Semyorka follows up with more strikes that drop Kuas to his knees. Semyorka keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Kuas! This one is all over!
