The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jewish swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Jewish scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Nasty throws a hook but Jewish blocks it.
Nasty throws a big shot that misses.
Jewish throws a leg kick but Nasty moved away.
Nasty bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Jewish clobbers Nasty with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Nasty looks winded!

Jewish has Nasty up against the cage in a clinch.
Jewish gets through Nasty's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Jewish throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Jewish has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Jewish lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Nasty or not.
Jewish lands a hook that snaps the head of Nasty backwards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jewish is working Nasty over against the cage.

Jewish has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Nasty uses from the top position.
Jewish bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nasty's guard.

Nasty is rocked!
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Jewish.
Nasty is still in real trouble! Can Jewish finish him?
Jewish is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Jewish gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Jewish gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Jewish apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Jewish throws an uppercut from hell that sends Nasty clean off his feet! He's out cold! Jewish stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
