Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Grinch Star (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and somsak skantze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). skantze comes into a darkened arena with his song building. anima libera kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Grinch Star had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
skantze tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Star was well out of range. Poor timing from skantze.

Horrible takedown by Star or perhaps it was just good defense by skantze which made him look bad.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Star, right into the meat.
skantze throws a jab but it's blocked by Star.

Star darts in and clinches skantze up against the cage.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Star tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but skantze swivels and escapes.

A decent looking cross lands there for skantze.
Star gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Grinch Star.
