Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vic Barnes (ranked 1839 p4p, 1711 weight class) and Anthony Lavicci (ranked 209 p4p, 195 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Anthony Lavicci!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes connects with a solid leg kick.
Lavicci with a lazy takedown attempt
and Barnes counters with a straight right hand.

and Barnes counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Lavicci closes this distance looking for a takedown but Barnes circles away.
Vic Barnes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Lavicci.

Lavicci's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Barnes connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Barnes scores with a one two! Lavicci had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Lavicci stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Barnes.
Lavicci takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Barnes scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

and Barnes counters with a head kick. That will keep Lavicci thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Crunch! Barnes slams his shin into Lavicci's torso.
Lavicci misses with a takedown attempt
and Barnes counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lavicci get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Lavicci stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Barnes runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
