Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ole Jambo (ranked 4842 p4p, 5040 weight class) and Ace Blue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Russell Pearce and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blue scores with a sloppy right hand. Jambo should have avoided that one.
A looping hook to the body misses from Blue. Jambo does a little dance to reset his feet.
Blue scores with a jab. Jambo acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Jambo takes one to the side of the head.
Nice uppercut lands for Blue. That snapped Jambo's head back.
Jambo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Blue steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Jambo.
Jambo tries a low kick but Blue avoids it.
Blue scores with a jab.
Jambo lands a really nice looking cross but Blue seems unphased.
Blue listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.

Jambo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Blue's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jambo makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Blue looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Jambo postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Blue is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Blue can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jambo controls the pace.

Jambo tries to free his leg and advance position but Blue is retaining full guard.

Blue escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jambo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Jambo controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Jambo scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Jambo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Blue, who protects the arm well.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Jambo tries to move to mount but Blue blocks the move with his legs.
Jambo is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Blue will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Blue is looking for a sweep.

Jambo swings around for an armbar but Blue sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Jambo's guard.
Jambo on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jambo tries to get out of the position.

Jambo pushes Blue off and scrambles back to his feet.
Blue walks into a jab.
Jambo fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Jambo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jambo looks to land a body kick but Blue moved away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Blue blocks a head kick by Jambo.

Jambo darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Jambo is taking a breather. Blue says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jambo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Ole Jambo dominated that round.
That's time! Jambo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Jambo lands a left and a right that send Blue crashing to the mat, dazed. Jambo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Blue is rocked!
Ole Jambo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jambo moves in looking to clinch but Blue pushes him off.
Jambo throws a nice looking combination but Blue bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jambo is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Blue can do to turn this around?

Jambo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Blue looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jambo lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Blue is still in real trouble! Can Jambo finish him?

Jambo decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Blue seems to have recovered his senses.
Blue avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ole Jambo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jambo misses with a kick to the body.

Jambo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Blue was covering up waiting for the punch and Jambo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Jambo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Blue on the ground.
Blue is breathing heavily.

Blue is looking for a triangle but Jambo pushes his legs off easily.

Jambo slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Jambo seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Blue for as long as he can get away with.
Jambo trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Blue is looking for a triangle but Jambo pushes his legs off easily.

Blue working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jambo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jambo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Jambo is stalling in the full guard.
Jambo chips away with some ground and pound.

Jambo stands and steps away. Blue gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Sloppy strikes from Jambo. Those never looked like landing.
Jambo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Blue manages to avoid it.
Jambo connects with a right hand. Blue shakes it off.
Jambo catches Blue with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Blue forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
