Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Jones (ranked 4935 p4p, 25099 weight class) and Michael Burnside (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burnside has chosen gangnam style as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Burnside!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the liver by Jones. Beautiful body shot.
Burnside throws a wild body kick that Jones sees coming a mile off.
Michael Burnside seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Burnside misses with a body kick.
Jones moves out of range of the body kick from Burnside.
Burnside takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Michael Burnside has been cut.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Burnside.
Jones appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Jones lands a nice shot to the body.
Jones scores with a three punch combo!
Jones pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Burnside misses with a kick to the body.
Burnside throws a push kick but Jones slaps the foot to one side.

Burnside seems to have recovered his senses.

Burnside is looking to escape.

Jones wants to pass the guard but Burnside is defending well.
Jones is taking a breather. Burnside says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Burnside is trying to stand up here but Jones is controlling him well.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Jones looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Jones works over Burnside's head and body with a nice combination.
Jones lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
That has opened up Michael Burnside's cut even more.
Burnside looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Burnside looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Jones moves out of range of the body kick.
Jones attempts a counter takedown but Burnside avoids it well and moves away.
Jones cracks Burnside with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Jones lands a body shot.
Burnside looks winded!

Jones scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Burnside takes one to the chin there.
Jones lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Burnside at a distance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jones fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Burnside to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Burnside looks to clinch but Jones throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Burnside taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Mike Jones!
