Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Perry Platypus (ranked 3444 p4p, 5007 weight class) and Durans Helmsfrid (ranked 437 p4p, 560 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helmsfrid displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Platypus.
Platypus tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Helmsfrid defends well and Platypus ends up having to push Helmsfrid into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Platypus definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Platypus is trying to pull guard but Helmsfrid turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Platypus escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Helmsfrid gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Helmsfrid lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
