Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Juan Dee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samson Ransom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dee comes into the arena with One Dimension blaring out of the sound system. Samson Ransom is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ransom fails with the takedown.

Dee changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ransom looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ransom is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Dee wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ransom keeps working.
Ransom is looking to reverse the position.
Dee sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Ransom is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Ransom is not content to let Dee control the position.

Ransom gets back to half guard.
Ransom tries to get to full guard but Dee has control of the leg.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Dee gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Ransom changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dee fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Ransom shoots and misses

so Dee counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Juan Dee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Samson Ransom.
