Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drew King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Test Wein!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wein throws a combination but it was largely blocked by King.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wein. King does a little dance to reset his feet.
A swing and a miss from Wein.
Some wild striking there from King.
Wein tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but King was well out of range. Poor timing from Wein.
Wein throws a head kick that misses
and King makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wein misses with the combination.
King swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wein is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by King.
Wein lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Drew King has been cut.
Wein swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
King keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wein misses with a looping left.
Wein scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Some wild striking there from Wein.
King went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Wein should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Wein lands a nice looking body shot.
Wein misses with a combination
and King counters with a nice uppercut.
Wein throws an ugly left hook that misses
letting King counter with a right hand.
King smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Wein misses with a wild body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wein takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Wein closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops King! Wein dives in looking to finish! King is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Test Wein!
