Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ronnie White (ranked 1236 p4p, 1345 weight class) and James Noir (ranked 166 p4p, 181 weight class). White's entrance music is Battlesick. A fine choice. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noir slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
White throws a sloppy head kick and Noir moves out of range easily.
White tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
White swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Noir scores with a jab. White acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Noir throws a body punch but White moves out of range.
White tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Noir was well out of range. Poor timing from White.
Noir lunges at White with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by White's hand.
White lands a jab to Noir's midsection.
White misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
White swings for the body but Noir moves out of range.
White throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Noir lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Noir moves away from the strike by White.
Noir appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
White looks to score with a jab to the body but Noir is just out of range.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from White.

Noir throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Ronnie White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Noir connects with a good right hand that stumbles White. White circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Ronnie White is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Noir lands a big uppercut and White crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but White looks OK. Noir waves White back to his feet!

Noir is stalking White. White circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Noir, and it's lights out! White really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
