Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vicco Vegas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aage Furseth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Vegas. No joy for Furseth on that attempt.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Furseth has eaten all the pies!
Horrible takedown by Furseth or perhaps it was just good defense by Vegas which made him look bad.
A punch lands to the side of Furseth 's head but he takes it in his stride.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Furseth scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Vegas doesn't seem bothered though.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Furseth bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
