Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Collins (ranked 4493 p4p, 24219 weight class) and Jumba Jookiba (ranked 486 p4p, 659 weight class). Collins's entrance music is Max Thademon “Speak On It/For The Gang". A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Matt Collins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jumba Jookiba!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jorge Garcia and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jookiba shoots in for a takedown but Collins shows good takedown defense.
Collins stalks Jookiba and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Jookiba's face. Jookiba staggers backwards, shaken.
Collins misses with the combination.
Collins throws a nice looking combination but Jookiba bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jookiba shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jookiba shoots for a takedown but Collins saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Matt Collins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jumba Jookiba.

Collins lands a big uppercut and Jookiba crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Jookiba looks OK. Collins waves Jookiba back to his feet!

Collins cracks Jookiba with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Jookiba looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Collins finish him?

Collins throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Matt Collins is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Collins rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jookiba moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jookiba tries to counter by closing the distance.
Collins will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jookiba moves in looking to clinch but Collins pushes him off.
Collins misses with a few strikes there.
Jookiba drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Collins defends it well.
Collins lands a slapping body shot.

A looping hook to the body misses from Collins. Jookiba does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jookiba has his takedown stuffed
and Collins counters with a stiff right hand.
Collins scores with a nice strike.
Collins feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jookiba sprawling to the canvas! Jookiba rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Collins finish him?!

Jookiba drives through with a takedown into Collins's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Jookiba fails with the takedown
and Collins counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Jookiba out cold! What a finish! Collins is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Matt Collins!
