Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Arnold!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fred Benjamin!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benjamin is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Benjamin avoids a kick to the body.
Benjamin tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Arnold counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Arnold connects with a solid leg kick.
Benjamin misses with a two punch combination.
Oooooh!!! Benjamin has knocked Arnold down with a huge combo! Benjamin steps away and waves a wobbly Arnold back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Benjamin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
It looked like Arnold wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Nice defenses there by Arnold.
We've been informed that Benjamin has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Benjamin feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Arnold sprawling to the canvas! Arnold rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Benjamin finish him?!
Benjamin ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Arnold's jaw. Arnold's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Benjamin does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Fred Benjamin!
