Jackson comes to the cage accompanied by Come As You Are - Nirvana. Yoshida has chosen Blue Oyster Cult Godzilla as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yoshida tries to score with a low kick but Jackson moves his leg out of the way.
As Yoshida looks to move away, Jackson throws a big counter combo but Yoshida just gets out of the way.
Yoshida wants to land a leg kick but Jackson is out of range.
Jackson attempts a counter takedown but Yoshida avoids it well and moves away.
We've been hearing reports that Jackson has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Jackson takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Yoshida's corner calls for a 1-2. Yoshida obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Yoshida steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jackson.
Yoshida appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
