Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between banger masher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Swindell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). masher's entrance music is yes. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swindell misses with a body kick.
Swindell looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Swindell throws a right and a left that both miss.
Swindell circles away from the clinch attempt.
masher moves away from the strike by Swindell.
masher uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Swindell.
masher throws a series of punches but Swindell avoids them all with ease.
A punch combination from Swindell misses.
Swindell fails with the takedown.
masher is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
masher tries to close the distance and clinch but Swindell swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
masher swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Swindell.
Swindell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but masher was well out of range. Poor timing from Swindell.
Swindell throws an uppercut from half a mile away. masher sees it coming and avoids it easily.

masher decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
masher tries to clinch there but Swindell circles away.
masher pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
masher throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

masher closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Swindell to the mat! Swindell manages to get full guard.
masher postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Swindell is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Swindell controls masher momentarily but masher frees himself.
masher tries to free his leg and advance position but Swindell is retaining full guard.

Swindell is looking to sinch up a triangle. masher throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Swindell's body to avoid the submission. Swindell has instead reached around masher's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Swindell arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
