Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darnell Big Daddy (ranked 5232 p4p, 4686 weight class) and Jinhai Masuke (ranked 504 p4p, 456 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Bart Greer and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Big Daddy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Masuke circles away quickly and effectively.

Jinhai Masuke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A telegraphed right hand from Masuke misses the target.
Masuke shoots in for a takedown but Big Daddy shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Masuke changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Big Daddy tries to avoid it but Masuke manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Big Daddy to the ground. Big Daddy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Big Daddy lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Jinhai Masuke has been cut.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Masuke tries to clinch up but Big Daddy circles away and keeps his distance.
It looked like Big Daddy was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Masuke.
Darnell Big Daddy is winning the standup battle so far.
Big Daddy lands a big uppercut and Masuke crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Masuke looks OK. Big Daddy waves Masuke back to his feet!
Masuke is rocked!

Masuke is still on wobbly legs! Can Big Daddy finish him?
Darnell Big Daddy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jinhai Masuke.
Masuke is breathing heavily.

Big Daddy catches Masuke with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Masuke forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!
