Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kribb Nightmare (ranked 5599 p4p, 6442 weight class) and James Sanders (ranked 611 p4p, 665 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nightmare shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Sanders is trying to defend but Nightmare finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nightmare is nestled in close to Sanders, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
