Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Delgado (ranked 4023 p4p, 4188 weight class) and Wayne Ambercrombie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delgado shoots for a double leg takedown but Ambercrombie sprawls well. He's pushed Delgado's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Ambercrombie lands a nice shot to the head.

That's time! Delgado's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Ambercrombie tried to score with a low kick but Delgado checks it.
Delgado lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Ambercrombie does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Ambercrombie drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Ambercrombie has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Ambercrombie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Delgado has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ambercrombie has managed to get both his arms back between Delgado's legs - danger averted.

Delgado has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ambercrombie should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Delgado has tightened it up now! Ambercrombie should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
