The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torres slips under a jab.
Leagatius uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Torres.
Leagatius loads up on a big right hand but Torres slips the punch.
Torres throws a series of punches but Leagatius moves out of range.
Torres pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Leagatius lands a big right hand that sends Torres crashing to the mat! Leagatius stays standing though and waves Torres back to his feet!

It looks like Ricco Torres has been cut.
Leagatius throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Torres sees it coming and avoids it easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Torres misses the target.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Leagatius has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Torres jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Torres has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Ricco Torres seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Leagatius drops Torres with a big left hand! Torres is injured, injured bad! Leagatius jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
