The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mundi has closed the distance and engaged Maneno in a clinch.
Maneno tries to circle away but Mundi has him pinned against the cage.
Maneno has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Mundi pushes Maneno back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Mundi keeps control of Maneno as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Maneno wants to get back to striking at distance but Mundi won't allow it.
Mundi scores with a shot to the side of Maneno's head.
Maneno has had enough of the clinch but Mundi keeps him there for the moment.

Maneno is trying to break the clinch but Mundi has him pressed against the cage.
Nice body punch from Mundi - that landed with a thud.

A right handed body shot lands from Mundi.
Maneno is breathing heavily.
Mundi throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Manenos head.
Mundi lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Maneno backwards.

Oh Maneno is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mundi scores with a nice hook to the head.
Mundi dips a shoulder and cracks Maneno with a mighty uppercut! Maneno falls back against the cage and Mundi unloads with a barrage of strikes! Maneno is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Mundi screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
