The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Boy.

Boy moves into range and clinches up with Miocic.
A right hook to the body lands for Boy.
Miocic really is a fat lump.
Boy holding his opponent close, against the cage.
A short uppercut from Boy.
A nice right hand lands inside from Boy.
Boy lands a hook that snaps the head of Miocic backwards.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Boy.
Boy prevents Miocic from breaking the clinch.
Boy throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Miocics head.

Boy breaks from the clinch.
Miocic shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Boy sprawls well. Boy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Miocic gets slowly back to his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A head kick from Miocic lands but Boy takes it in his stride.

Miocic throws a lazy head kick
and Boy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Miocic wants to clinch
and Boy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Boy is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.

Boy forces Miocic back against the cage and clinches.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Boy creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Boy lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Boy lands with a left to the head.

Miocic is rocked!
Boy lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Oh Miocic is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Miocic tumbles to the floor! Boy threw a big shot that dropped him and now Boy is on top looking to finish! Miocic has guard but can he survive?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Boy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Miocic seems to have got his legs back now.

Boy is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Miocic looking to control but Boy passes into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boy content to control rather than advance.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Boy lands a left and a right that send Miocic crashing to the mat, dazed. Boy thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Miocic is rocked!

It looks like Daniel Miocic has been cut.
Boy steps in with a hook that catches Miocic right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Boy follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Miocic looks absolutely devastated.
