Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Scott Gabel (ranked 4623 p4p, 5570 weight class) and Chick Laddel (ranked 501 p4p, 563 weight class). Gabel comes to the cage accompanied by Lil Wayne- Right Above It. On his way into the cage it seems that Scott Gabel has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Scott Gabel seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Scott Gabel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Chick Laddel !
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Donald Grub and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gabel closes the distance and clinches.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Laddel has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Gabel scores with a shoulder strike.
Laddel wants to break free but Gabel has control.
Stalling in the clinch from Gabel.
Gabel keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Laddel 's efforts to push away.
Laddel tries to circle away but Gabel has him pinned against the cage.
Come on Gabel - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Gabel displaying some good clinch control by pressing Laddel up against the cage.
Laddel is trying to push Gabel away but Gabel has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Laddel tries to break free but Gabel pushes him back against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Laddel wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Gabel keeps control of Laddel as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Laddel manages to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gabel misses with an uppercut.
Laddel lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Gabel is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Laddel misses with a few strikes there.
Gabel was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Gabel misses the shot to the body.
Gabel misses with a hook
and Laddel counters with a crisp one two that drops Gabel! Laddel thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Gabel to his feet! Gabel is in big trouble!
Gabel is rocked!
Laddel takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Oh Gabel is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Laddel avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Gabel looks to score with a jab to the body but Laddel is just out of range.
Laddel lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gabel thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gabel seems to have got his legs back now.
Laddel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gabel.
Gabel keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Gabel bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Laddel is looking to get back to his feet here but Gabel is keeping cool and he's managed to take Laddel 's back.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Laddel is trying to stand back up.
Laddel is trapped and Gabel is scoring with shots to the head and body.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Gabel lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Gabel connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Laddel to escape the position.
Laddel is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Laddel is trying to get back to his feet but Gabel has full control of the position and if anything, Laddel has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Laddel is still in real trouble! Can Gabel finish him?
A helpless look comes across Laddel 's face. He knows he's trapped as Gabel lands a series of unanswered strikes. The ref steps in to stop the fight and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Scott Gabel!
Scott Gabel made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Narayan Nassau you ugly MotherF***er, I know you are watching from home. Im the best f***ing wrestler in this division and I guarantee that hit a lot harder than any of your sparring partners. Your place in this division and this MMA promotion is a mistake that I intend to correct. '.
Chick Laddel was interviewed post fight and said 'eat my pussy punk'.
