Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Billy Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sarkis Terteryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terteryan has chosen Smashing Pumpkins-Bullet With Butterfly Wings as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed circles away from the clinch attempt.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Terteryan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Reed circles away quickly and effectively.
Terteryan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Reed shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Terteryan wants to get back to his feet.
Reed tries to pass the half guard into mount. Terteryan knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Reed is looking for a kimura here.
Terteryan is trying to stand up here but Reed is controlling him well.
Reed content to control rather than advance.
Reed works his foot free and advances to mount.

Terteryan tries to hold on but Reed postures up.
Terteryan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Reed. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Terteryan tries to buck Reed off but he can't manage it.

Reed has control of Terteryan's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Terteryan regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Reed can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Terteryan is looking to escape.

Reed swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Terteryan is now in Reed's guard. A big mistake from Reed there, giving up the dominant position!

Reed wants to sweep here but Terteryan controlling him for the moment.
Terteryan trying to stand up but can't free himself from Reed's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Reed had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Terteryan is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Reed Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Terteryan's back instead.
Terteryan has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Terteryan looks gassed!

Reed is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Terteryan defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Reed has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Terteryan is defending well but eventually Reed manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Terteryan has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
