Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank Morrison (ranked 1515 p4p, 1080 weight class) and Mental Warrior (ranked 222 p4p, 155 weight class). Morrison's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Dead By Daylight - Legion Theme. Warrior has chosen Side to Side as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Morrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mental Warrior!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Warrior.
Morrison fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Warrior manages to avoid it.
Warrior looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Warrior jabs Morrison to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Warrior scores with a jab to the head.
Warrior misses the jab.
Morrison throws a hook to the side of Warrior's head but Warrior sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A nice side step and Warrior releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Morrison moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Morrison rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Warrior moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Morrison waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Warrior.
Warrior swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Warrior takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Morrison moves away from the strike by Warrior.
Warrior showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Morrison.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Morrison fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Warrior, pushing him back against the cage.

Warrior breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Morrison throws a body punch but Warrior moves out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Morrison's jab looks to have found its range, popping Warrior under the eye.
Warrior misses with a looping left.
Morrison takes a swing at Warrior's ribcage but misses.

Morrison has taken the fight to the clinch.
Morrison is working for takedown but Warrior is calmly controlling the position for now.
Warrior blocks an uppercut.

Morrison lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Morrison throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Morrison lands strikes from half guard.
Morrison thows a huge punch but Warrior dodges it nicely.
Morrison not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Morrison missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Warrior has hold of Morrison's hands but Morrison slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Warrior really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Morrison. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Warrior is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Morrison scores with a couple of nice shots.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Warrior pushes Morrison off looking to stand but Morrison dives back in and keeps control.
Morrison thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Morrison connects with a nice short shot to Warrior's temple.
Warrior blocking the ground and pound attempt from Morrison.
Morrison throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Morrison looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Warrior with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Morrison throwing shots but Warrior is blocking nicely.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Warrior can do anything to dispel that myth.
Morrison wants to control but Warrior is keeping him busy.

We've been hearing that Morrison has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Morrison is nestled in close to Warrior, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Warrior told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
Morrison scores with a big shot! Warrior's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Warrior! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
